The Riverton Parke FFA Chapter held their Annual Seed and Silent Auction on Tuesday, February 6th at the Parke County Fairgrounds. This event is the largest fundraiser of the year for the chapter and supports the various activities and events the Riverton Parke FFA members participate in. Through their fundraising efforts, the chapter was able to raise over $21,000. Chapter President, Jack Harrah, stated, “We would like to thank all the local businesses and families who donated all the auction items, and all the community members who came to bid on items. It is because of our great community that we were able to have a successful event which will support our FFA chapter for the coming year.” The Riverton Parke FFA advisors are Micah Humphreys and Michaela Woods.
