Nine Riverton Parke High School seniors and seven juniors have earned the honor to walk through graduation Thursday, May 9th at 7:00 P.M. in Ivy Tech Community College’s commencement ceremony at the Hulman Center in downtown Terre Haute.
These students will be recognized for completing an Ivy Tech certificate in specific career fields:
Bridgette Adams, Certified Nursing Aide; Austin Batchelor, Automotive Maintenance and Light Repair; Malory Cash, Certified Nursing Aide; Nova Collings, Certified Nursing Aide; Madison Coonce, Certified Nursing Aide, Jayleigh Inman, Certified Nursing Aide; Kylah Jones, Certified Nursing Aide; Haylee Mathas, Certified Nursing Aide; Wyatt Robertson, Automotive Maintenance and Light Repair; Justin Shouse, Automotive Maintenance and Light Repair; Jason Fanton, Structural Welding; Mason Haltom, Structural Welding; Jack Harrah, Animal Agribusiness; Wyatt Koch, Structural Welding; Mikayla Manche, Indiana College Core; and Bryce Powers, Structural Welding.
A special thank you goes to the Parke County Learning Center for providing funding for all of the graduates' caps, gowns, and tassels. Guiding these students through their coursework were Riverton Parke’s College Connection Coach, Cary King, and Guidance Counselor, Annette Cox.
