Riverton Parke Jr./Sr. High School’s Amanda Warne has been recognized as being a ‘23-’24 RoboKind Implementer of the Year. Warne is the primary educator who implements the RoboKind program, Milo, with students in the special education department. She is dedicated to bettering her students through their work with Milo. Warne has been highlighted because of the outstanding minutes spent on lessons which impacted her students in a positive way by teaching social skills and demonstrating facial expressions.
Nikki Jacks commented, “Amanda Warne goes above and beyond working with our students. She is an amazing asset to our department, and I love hearing how all of her hard work and efforts are being celebrated!”
Amanda Hopkins remarked, “Congrats, Amanda Warne! Thank you for all of your hard work preparing lessons and working with our kiddos! Milo continues to help our SWP kiddos who are now in junior high and high school!”
