Alexis Fisher, a Riverton Parke High School junior, and an aspiring elementary teacher, enjoyed spending time with Mrs. Rhonda Sudduth’s kindergarten class at Rosedale Elementary School recently. Fisher planned a lesson for the children which included reading ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas and then an interactive scavenger hunt for items mentioned in the story. The students really enjoyed the lesson and it was extra special because Mrs. Sudduth taught Fisher in third grade. This field experience was coordinated by her Pre-Employment Career Manager, Nathan Woodard, through the CARS Pre-ETS (Pre-Employment Transition Services) Program.
