The Riverton Parke FFA is hosting a food drive competition between 1st period classes from January 22nd to 26th. The 1st period class who collects the most items will earn Chick-fil-A for lunch. The food drive is part of a competition sponsored by Parke County REMC, Parke County Purdue Extension, and the Parke County Food Alliance between Riverton Parke FFA and Parke Heritage FFA. Food and hygiene items will also be collected at the Riverton Parke vs. Parke Heritage basketball game on Friday, January 26th. A raffle ticket will be given to individuals for every five donated items. The raffle will be for a Riverton Parke fan gear basket from REMC! A list of needed items for the local food pantries can be found on the flyer. Help Riverton Parke FFA win this competition!
