The Riverton Parke Jr.-Sr. High School Applied Careers and Exploration students ventured to Comar's Cafe on January 23rd. The students started learning about restaurant operations after Christmas break. They have learned about the different types of restaurants, jobs, and skills needed to make a restaurant successful. The students practiced restocking the jellies and creamers. They sanitized several eating areas and also practiced sorting and rolling the silverware. After the work was done, they were treated to lunch. Thank you, Comar's, for your continued support of Riverton Parke!
