Students Participate in CARS Art Class

The Applied Careers and Exploration class at Riverton Parke Jr.-Sr. High School traveled to Child Adult Resource Services (CARS) in Brazil this past week. The students participated in the art class that is offered as part of their day program. They were able to choose from a variety of projects. The students also helped some of the other CARS members with their projects. This was a great opportunity and helped foster interest in the CARS program as a possible community involvement activity for the students in the future.

Shown at CARS are: Mary Arguelles, Haley Rentschler, Tucker Hopkins, Chris Norton, Carter Hopkins, Carly Atkinson, Zack Long, Couper Kersey, Brooklyn Hux, Ayshia Oldham, Della Oldham, and Kaleb Payton.
