Riverton Parke FFA Competes in Virtual Livestock Judging Contest

Members of the Riverton Parke FFA Livestock Judging Team competed in the Southern Illinois University (SIU) Virtual Livestock Judging Invitational on Friday, April 16th.  Students virtually judged four classes of beef cattle, three classes of swine, two classes of sheep, and two classes of goats.  To create a team score, SIU combined the three top scoring members for each chapter.  Riverton Parke’s team, consisting of Sarah Brown, Kenzie Mundell, and Sophie Sanders, placed 4th.  Sarah Brown placed 6th individually.  The Livestock Judging Team is coached by advisor, Michaela Woods.
